NWPT technical report

5 kW inductive link at 1.00 m: Maxwell 3D specification

manuscript in preparation

Geometry, eddy-current formulation, energy extraction of M, k and η at the optimal load. Every number is simulated until G0.

Method note (site corpus)

Cross-checked FEM method: Maxwell 3D / COMSOL AC/DC

published on this site

Boundary A × n = 0, mesh to δ/3, M and R_ac convergence, loss and force post-processing. No measurement above 1 kW.

Collaboration — what we give and ask

Three open topics. Write with an affiliation. This site does not invent academic titles.

We give: Maxwell model, COMSOL cross-check, 5 kW manufacturing package, tank specification (under NDA).

We ask: lab time, Litz/Q test, PD on a kV-class tank, or ICNIRP mapping on a fenced site.

Litz and Q

Proximity n·d_s⁴; target √(Q1 Q2) ≥ 560 after G1.

kV tank and PD

Gate G2: 25 kW, one module, partial-discharge qualification.

ICNIRP

Simulated contours 3.3 m (100 kW) and 6.3 m (1 MW). No site measurement yet.
